Accommodation

The SOS2 registration fee does not include accommodation. However, there are a number of vacancies blocked in a couple of residences from 9^th to 15^th September. Participants can make their own bookings separately when they register for the conference. On the registration platform (once it is available) they will be able to reserve their own accommodation. When you register, you will be directed to the accommodation reservation.(https://admin.uik.eus/matriculation/en)

Here is the list of two hotels that we blocked the certain number of rooms. The room will be taken in the basis of "the first comes the first serves".

Please note that vacancies at Villa Alaidi are in shared rooms of two, three beds (here you book beds, not rooms) except for 5 single rooms that are also available.
